Orange Blossom

Origin

The white flower of the bitter orange tree, gathered by hand in Tunisia and Morocco each spring and coaxed into oil through solvent or steam. The same blossom yields neroli when distilled.

In the Air

Radiant white petals over green stems — honeyed, faintly indolic, both innocent and heady. It smells like sun on a courtyard wall.
