Processing. Orders ship the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
United States
- Free shipping on all US orders, typically delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- The Discovery Set and the Discovery Trio ship free, typically in 1–2 business days.
- Faster paid options (such as UPS 2nd Day Air and, in some areas, FedEx SameDay) are shown at checkout when available for your address.
International
- We ship to many countries. The destinations available for your address are shown at checkout.
- Standard International shipping is a flat $14.99 (shown in your local currency at checkout), typically delivered in 6–12 business days after dispatch.
- We ship internationally with USPS and DHL Express.
- Customs, duties and taxes: international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country. These aren't collected at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier's website.
Addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Returns

We want you to love your Maliqe fragrance. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return. Email support@maliqe.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label free of charge. Please pack the item carefully so it isn't damaged on its way back to us.
Final sale. The Discovery Set and the Discovery Trio are final sale and can't be returned.
Refunds. When your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post the credit.
Exchanges. Want a different size or scent instead? Mention it when you contact us, and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows.
Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email support@maliqe.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
