Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that the item is properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed and for the funds to be credited back to your account.

Shipping

Return labels are provided to the customer free of charge at the time the return/exchange is being requested.

Exceptions

We accept returns on all our products except the Maliqe Discovery Set. Due to a high number of fraudulent attempts to obtain free gift cards for general purchases, all sales of the Discovery Set are final.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
