How It Works
- Send the request — it goes straight to the team.
- We check it against your order and reply from support@maliqe.com.
- Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method.
- Window
- You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return an item — unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Damaged or Wrong Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email support@maliqe.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost, or refund that item if it’s out of stock. This applies to final-sale items too.
